She has over 20 years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Corporate Trainer in both the public and private sectors, including the Western and Eastern Management Development Centers through the Office of Personal Management (OPM). Her vast experiences, including her
decade as an Adjunct Trainer and Feedback Coach through the Center
for Creative Leadership, have provide her with an in-depth understanding
of both the challenges and workable solutions applied by hundreds
